All sales are final. Because license keys and platform access can't be revoked or "returned" once issued, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for any reason after a purchase is confirmed — including change of mind, incompatibility with your trading style, or dissatisfaction with results. Your subscription runs for 12 months from the date your payment is confirmed. We do not auto-renew or auto-charge — you'll need to place a new order to continue access after your year ends.
